Being the lead manager of Equineworks, Victor takes great pride in his leader role and work ethic, as friendly and cheerful as he is most of the time, some cases can cause him a bit of personal stress, though he'd rather not let it show in front of his employees, especially his assistant and mentee, Kevin.
