Vinyl being the party animal she is would drink away and always wanted to feel the buzz while partying, she eventually tried a certain drug going around all night clubs. After a while she wasn't sure of anything and in the end became pregnant with a colt's mare, he dissapeared months before she knew she was pregnant and even then barely remembered who it was causing alarm to her friends.
So dub grew up with no dad though it didn't matter much since her mum had a stable job and plenty of money to spend time with her daughter, Dub and Vinyl have a very close relationship and like to joke about or even have small karaokes.

Dub Remix was always a trouble maker growing up though and would cause some type anywhere she could. Using graffitti, doing small shop lifting and smoking with friends behind bars. Noone knew about this but when her mum did it caused a small break between them but even after this they are very close as Vinyl supports her daughters career in peircings.

She is still curious about her dad and wonders if she knew her mum was pregnant would he had stayed anyways.
