Been talking Headcanon stuff with Ecchi all day. A part of the Nocturnals I didn't think I'd be able to explore was their culture before they disappeared. But now we might actually have a short story bit of being able to do that! So here's the twins taking part in, "The Dance of Creation".

A traditional dance Nocturnals performed on days of celebration. Their belief is that Nocturnals were created from soot and ash. The black markings are ash, on their bellies is a depiction of a Nocturnal being born and flying upwards from clouds of ashes and soot
