Scallywag: He's the pirate captain. Not a very effective captain, as he is a bumbling goof most of the time, and causes more harm then good. Carries around a necklace that contains the spirt of a dead pirate that can posses him, making him for more brutal and competent.

Blackthorne: A Chinese changeling that was a former slave, who was rescused by Scallywag. She is the first mate, and she serves under him out of loyalty for saving her (which is why she still sticks around with him even when he does mess up XD). Generally the only sane mare of the group XD

Seafare Sail: A Viking, and the ship's weaponsmith. She's pretty bonkers and crazy, not very smart either, but she is loyal to the crew. She has a bit of a blood lust and is quick to start fights and cause trouble.

Barrel Rum: A bi-sexual zebra, the Quartermaster who really loves his drink X)
He's drunk most of the time, and would rather spend his time drinking and flirting with other ponies rather then doing adventuring or pirating. However when he is not busy drinking he is actually really competent.

Skabbers: A wolf that Scallywa adopted as a pup. He found him injured and he took him back to his ship, and he soon became the pet/mascot for the pirate crew.
