Cup Cake and Carrot Cake are starting to notice a trend. Their first kids were twins, their next ones were triplets, and now they're having quadruplets. Thankfully Cup's pregnancies are easy, but it's still annoying that her breasts have gotten so productive that she needs a custom-ordered breast pump.

Here, we see Cup at full term and only days from going into labor. She and Carrot are setting up the new cribs in the nursery when she realizes her breasts are leaking (again), so she gets out the new milker while Carrot retrieves the gallon jugs that came with it.

They'll definitely be using them if this trend with multiples keeps on…
