Seriously, listen to it! This song was the inspiration for this piece. It also fills my heart with joy everytime I listen to it. I lust love it!
It is not Canterlot nor the Grand Galloping Gala but also some event where there's a lot of dancing and fun. Flash actually came there with Twilight as her bodyguard but as everyone started to dance… they just couldn't help themselves.
