As MylittleRosie revealed, her character Arkansas Black suffers from depression. Callie (nickname as for I don't know if I'm calling her Cala Lily or Camellia/Camille) grows up to be a psychologist so she's probably heard a lot from her patients regarding depression and anxiety, also she might also have her insecurities and worries herself.

Callie is practically mute, it's pretty rare but she talks sometimes. She's probably whispering some comforting and motivational words to Ark there.
