I like the whole idea of Screwball being Discord's daughter. However, I prefer her mother being Celestia and not Flutters since I ship Dislestia (sorry Fluttercord shippers). That, and because it would be interesting. Maybe Screwball was the sole reminder of what Discord and Celestia had before their fallout? This is supposed to be a what-if scenario, the what if being the absence of a fallout between the two. They're also sliiiiightly younger here, hence Clestia being just a unicorn and Discord having a shorter goatee.
