The ninth primarch I've drawn thus far in my Warhammerized Fallout: Rampage — The Red Angel!

During the early days of the Unification Wars, two legions of Steel Warriors were sent to the Hoofington Stadium after scouts had reported large amounts of well armed and armored combatants. When the World Eaters and White Scars arrived they were greeted with open hostilities and a battle ensued. When the dust settled, only two of these "Reapers" remained, whilst only ten casualties were taken on the part of the legions… These two survivors pledged their allegiance to the Imperium and thus were taken to see the Empress. The 12th legion took a liking to their primarch even before she was their primarch, admiring her strength in battle and her taking down several legionaries whilst not suffering even a scratch, somehow surviving bolter rounds, plasma blasts, and even a direct hit from a missile launcher. The Empress easily discovered the source of her regenerative abilities and sought a way of replicating it, calling these new talismans "The Butcher's Nails" in reference to her defeating Steel Warriors with to harm done to herself, she implanted them into the newly created space marines of the 12th, and even upgraded the talisman implanted in the Primarch herself. While the talismans implanted into the marines wasn't as strong as the Primarch's, having only a limited number of times a marine could revive themselves from death, the talismans showed no other flaws at first. Over the course of the crusade another flaw was discovered in the talismans, and unfortunately this flaw also applied to the primarch… The talismans would slowly drive the marines insane, similar to the Blood Angel's Red Thirst however instead of resulting in a thirst for blood it would result in the marines becoming angrier and angrier until only rage filled every waking thought… and unlike the 9th, the marines of the 12th didn't have the will to resist this fatal flaw.
