I wonder if having floof-hair is a requirement to have a party-related special talent? Or maybe it's the other way around, once you get your talent, the mane floofs that is what happend to Pinkie, but maybe we shouldn't base what's "normal" on her experiences.

In my next gen 'verse, these three used to have a …well, not really a romantic relationship as much as a very close friendship (with benefits). It started when Cheese visited Our Town in his travels and came across Party Favor; deciding to strike up a conversation since it seemed like the other stallion's talent also had something to do with parties. Party Favor was enamored by his stories of traveling the country and spreading cheer, not having seen many places beside his home town, Our Town and Canterlot, while Cheese was impressed with his balloon twisting abilities and stories of helping save equestria. Maybe they should have been suprised, but considering that Pinkie was Pinkie, neither was very shocked to discover the other knew her. So when it was time Cheese to move on, Party Favor tagged along and they headed to Ponyville to visit their mutual friend.

Pinkie was, even more unsuprisingly, overjoyed at seeing them and the trio caused what will later be known as "The Ponyville Paroxysm". Let's just say it involved a handful of "Easy bake confetti cake cannon"s, a couple of "Cannonball Surprise"s and a few… hundred… regular party cannons. Not to mention the giant, sentient balloon animals, which noone really knows where they came from.

Afterwards, it was Pinkie who basically went up to them saying "Hey, I think you're both really cute, wanna snuggle?". Which, yes, they very much did.

Cheese and Party Favor spent some months in and around Ponyville, in order to be able to visit Pinkie easily. After a while though, Cheese felt that he wanted to continure traveling; Party Favor decided to follow him, since he at that point may or may not have had a bit of a crush on the other stallion. (Ponyville breathed a sigh of relief; one Pinkie was more than enough, thank you very much) They left on good terms with Pinkie, who felt like she wanted to stay to be closer to her other friends. Eventually the two stallions did end up together, in a literal whirlwind of romance across equestria. (It was Discord's fault) They do visit Ponyville from time to time, still having a very close friendship with Pinkie.


Also, neither of them is Disco's father (in case neither of them being donkeys/mules didn't make that obvious).
