"Oh come on!" huffed Rainbow Dash as Soarin approached her.
He had a big grin on his face and was chuckling as he walked towards the mare who was not too pleased to see him.
"A bet is a bet, Dash." smirked Soarin as he approached the mare, "I bet you in a race so now I get to give you a wedgie."
"But that was bullshit! You only won because the sun got in my eye…." said Dash as she tried to come up with excuses as to why she lost.
"No need to make up stories. I saw you start showboating as you approached the finished line when you thought you were going to win," replied Soarin.
"No I wasn't!," exclaimed Dash in an annoyed tone,"I was trying to block the sun from my eyes as it started to shine into it as I rapprochement the finish line."
"Bullshit Dash," responded Soarin as he tried to suppress a giggle, "You tried celebrating too by flying upside down and doing a couple of somersaults for the crowd before the finish line."

Dash huffed more as she knew Soarin wasn't going to let up.
"Hmph…."
"If you had of won, you would fist pumping with one hoof while reaching into my shorts to yank my briefs skyward with the other" said Soarin, "and knowing my luck, you would have reached into the front of shorts for a frontal wedgie."
The mare giggled before huffing again and then turned away from Soarin.
"I guess you are right. I present you your bet prize" said Dash.
Soarin smiled and then reached into the back of the mare's shorts and grabbed hold of her panties.
"Ready Dash?" asked Soarin he slightly pulled up her panties.
"Ready," responded Dash as she crossed her arms and awaited her fate.
