For Cyberia's birthday, Doctor Violet took her on a trip to Rhythm Park, a theme park that features music and rhythm-based rides and attractions. The bow, giving Cyberia a disguise, was also part of an experiment to see how other ponies would react to Cyberia's mannerisms. The trip was a test to see whether her AI is advanced and convincing enough. But really, Doctor Violet probably just wants to spoil her little robot subject and have fun with her!
