Meet Winter Wind.
Winter has ice powers, able to use her wings to make hail and snow storms
Whenever she is flying, she leaves a trail of small snowflakes
Comes from the same area as the bat ponies, has a very wealthy family
Speaks in a light Russian accent
She is kind, and likes to play around in the snow
Hates the heat and Summer X)
