Based somewhat on my own sci-fi stories and >>1762100, a picture of Grandpa Gruff as the Vozonid emperor Ratirminoz. In my stories, Ratirminoz was the penultimate emperor of the Vozonid Empire, and he was notorious for his ruinous obsession with prolonging his own life.

The blue liquid in Emperor Gruff's cup is "zollhussae" ("zohl-LOOS-say", from the words for "long live"), a synthetic liquid designed by scientists to ensure that the Emperor lives longer. But because he drank too much and too often, it damaged his brain and his mental health.

While his son Crown Prince Gallus takes the throne in his place, he is left alone, screaming "REEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!"
