"Ayam" is Malay for "chicken", which is what Gallus and Silverstream are like in this picture. The title translates to "Gallus and Silverstream are now chickens".
Since both of them are like birds, let's extend the "Gallus is a chicken" joke to the other. It would be hilarious to see Gallus and Silverstream cluck and peck away.
