Jinxx — one of Scarlet's higher ranking raiders, belonging to a group called the Ironclads. the group gets the good stuff; the good armor, the good weapons, the good drugs, and so forth.

Jinxx has been mutated by her years out in the field, gaining the ability to shapeshift her hooves into claw-like appendages. it's rather grotesque when she does it, her flesh morphing and twisting in ways it really shouldn't. if she concentrates hard enough, she can morph other parts of her body, but she almost never does it because she "has no bloomin' reason to, you fruit loop!"
