Back then, PRANCE wasn't a thing yet, and this year…..well, we have permission to do a set with some Con Mascots in it, so naturally, had to see her again. Once again the kindness of their staff is overwhelming, so here she is in all her splendor. Easily one of the best mascots, from one of the best cons.
