Who's a tiny pony? You're a tiny pony! Who is? You is! Applejack! Because it looks like someone has been screwing with the poison joke again.
I don't have either the skill or the tools to draw a recognizable tiny pony on paper, but I have made websites, and I know 16x16 pixels is the size of a favicon, so that's the format I went with. Tiny, tiny digital art.
