Why I choose Miss Harshwiny as a teacher, because i'm sure she could do it. I also love the relation she had with spike on mlp, it's not really understandable in this part but Spike live with her now ( as an adoptive child ) and go to school like everypony even if he can replace the teacher easily.
As always, all help with my deficient english will be appreciated.
