1. Here we a see tiny Twinkle specimen at its early devolpment stages. At the moment, it seems to be engrossed with the pink, fleshy, blubbery thingy coming out of her mouth. Look, she’s discovered that when you blow really hard with the pink thingy sticking out, slobbery saliva goes everywhere! Fascinating.


2. Some of you probably don’t know this because Rocky never shows his emotions, but he actually has an underlining protective streak in him. This doesn’t usually come out unless someone he perceives someone ̶l̶o̶v̶e̶s̶ cares somewhat about is in danger. An example of that would be three year old Rocky here getting anxious over his new baby sister’s non-stop crying.


3. Rocky, trying to be a good brother, took it upon himself to encourage Twinkle to pursue learning ather young and vulnerable age via reading to her. Unfortunately, Twinkle was much more interested in how they tasted, rather than the wisdom they held.


4. Twinkle getting uncomfortably close, touching him when he wants to be left alone, and chipperly telling him to brighten up? Just a typical Tuesday for Rocky. But for as much as he hates it when she does this, telling her doesn’t make a difference so he mildly tolerates it. Twinkle thinks he does like her over-the-top-hugs and that he just being his grouch self.


5. And they were roommates.

Literally though. When you got four kids, not everyone can get their own room, and it’s usally the younger ones who get the short end of the stick. Which meant that for as long as the two can remember, Rocky and Twinke have always shared a room- which looks like the physical embodiment of yin and yang. Books and plain, dull colors on one side and Glitter fillies, pop rock posters on the other.

Of course, anyone who’s had a roommate knows that petty arguments likes these can be pretty common, and for these two polar opposite siblings, they were routinely twice a week. Lots of ponies can get under Rocky’s skin, but no one can bring out the more ‘passionate’ side in him than Twinkle. Poor Pinkie has gotten many a headache from these two.
