After the death of Neighsay's parents. Cinch was the one who always comforted him.
I kind of need a backstory for how these two will end up as a couple in the first place. I've been through some ideas including Cinch being the one breaking down.
But then I decided, hey, just because he's a guy doesn't mean he can't be the one crying, right?
