So imagine a simple world, where Poke’mon co-exist with the many ponies and creatures of Equestria. Now that we got that out of the way.

As a simple Umbreon named Jewel was walking in the forest, enjoying her time to herself, she doesn’t expect to run across a pony friend of hers who spotted her and planned a sweeping greeting for her. Quite literally, in fact, as he slowly flies and begins to swoop in on Jewel, being swift and quick as he reaches his hooves out, grabbing onto the bouncy-haired Umbreon and lifts her off her paws. She was surprised to see the pegasus Silver Wing flying in for a hug, chuckling and telling him that a simple “Hello” would have done just as fine. Of course, the pegasus wanted to do a unique kind of hug for his Umbreon friend, nuzzling his gray coat on her soft black fur and hair. Jewel giggles, having no choice but to return the playful hug and hugging her paws around his hooves. Her eyes were shut, with the wing breezing all around the two as they soared through the skies. The pony was bound to float back to the ground and let the Umbreon girl go, but it’s best not to end the friendly reunion so soon.

Soup wanted his pony hugging Jewel, simply put. I thought it would be fun to give that colorful blur/stream for when Silver Wing flies kind of like how there’s a blur for Rainbow Dash when she soars through the skies. It also felt like a neat visual to have him snatch up Jewel for a hug and still flying, and I added in clouds since just adding in the sun didn’t feel like enough.

And to those on Derpibooru who don't follow my other stuff, Jewel is a Poke'mon OC of mine that is more involved with the… interesting… stuff I'm into and have shown in most of my doodles, just to let you all know in case of confusion.
