Sometimes I like doing little atmospheric things like this, especially when it's during winter. Nothing beats a snowy overcast day in my opinion.
Anyway have some Mewpone after a grocery run. I had quite a bit of fun drawing up a rubbery winter outfit for her and I'll likely draw a version for her snowlep form too.
