Cute Twilight from the middle of >>1935925. Being stock vectors, these have been used in many places over the years and many artists have vectored them, but this one I couldn't find anywhere else. I made a rough version of it and fed it to several reverse image searchers but there were no results. So I finished the image. It was hard, because even the highest-resolution image I could find isn't much bigger than 100x100 pixels. Because the source is so small, I had to take some liberties with this. I'm not entirely happy with this, but I don't know what else to do. Hope you like it. Unfortunately official vectors don't come with artist info, so I cannot give official credits.
