Originally, this drawing was because of a panel I went to at Harmony con in Dallas TX. The panel was called "drawing for exposure" where three artists took requests from the people that came in. They drew things according to what they drew in the hat full of paper with requests. They also offered for any artists in the room to come up and take some requests from the hat and draw it if they had a sketch book or laptop there.

I just happened to have my sketch book with me and went ahead and took a request. I got "A Noodle mane pony". Just to make it funnier I decided to make it Rarity who was the Noodle mane pony, tho it's kinda hard to tell it's her without her mane.
