This is a tribute of Luke Perry, who died this year from a stroke. He was well known for his amazing voice work through out the years.
In this case, he voiced Sub-Zero in the cartoon "Mortal Kombat: Defenders of the Realm".
I used his design from the show, but made his pony version a unicorn.
May Mr. Perry rest in peace…
