Yay, a year after creating her, Kari gets a full body drawing! Even though I don't have a lot of art of her, Kari is one of my favorite OCs, and I would say one of my mains.

I'll update this to add a better bio eventually, but for now, to sum it up:
— Her name is pronounced with a short A, so it's like car-ee, it rhymes with sorry.
— She's 21, she's half bat pony and half earth pony, but takes strongly after her bat pony parent.
— She was orphaned at a young age, she went through quite a few bad foster homes before finally ending up with a good family at age 13 that eventually officially adopted her.
— She loves her adopted family, but still wanted to be independent. She moved out at soon as she turned 18, into an apartment across from the cafe where she works (she was recently promoted to assistant manager, she is super excited)
— The apartment she rents is a two bedroom so she rents it out to others. She's currently renting it to Reyna, a ditzy changeling and ex-princess who is still trying to learn how the rest of the world works.
— Reyna was afraid to reveal her true identity as a Changeling, but was terrible at keeping it a secret, and Kari figured it out within the first couple of weeks of living together. Kari doesn't mind, and she can relate — as a bat pony and an orphan, she hasn't always fit in either.
— Kari loves Reyna, but sometimes she feels more like her babysitter than her roommate. Reyna's a sweetheart, but she's incredibly naive and forgetful sometimes, and it exasperates Kari.
— Reyna's nickname for her is mamabat. Kari doesn't mind the nickname itself, but Reyna typically uses it when she's buttering Kari up/about to ask for something or when she has something to hide and she's trying to act innocent, like she accidentally destroyed yet another household appliance.
