The silhouette of the character have zero alpha channel in the PNG file.
RGB channel of the PNG contains the real drawing of the character. I have hope derpibooru optimizer keep this RGB channel, but I am not sure.

update:
When file with orginal resolution is downloaded, RGB channel is kept. Downscaled versions have RGB channel cleared.
