Flash Sentry has always appreciated feminine/girly things. One could say that he's a cross-dresser at heart, but he's also quite melancholic and suffers from poor self-esteem issues. While he dreams heavenly pink dreams, the young man doesn't believe anything so fantastical and happy could be realized. That's why he's crying in his sleep. Despite how delightful the dream is, a piece of Flash is convinced that it will forever remain in the realm of make-believe.
