Remember how Pumpkin Cake appeared in this series, well here is her twin brother, Pound Cake(all grown up).

Apple Eclair bakes sometimes as a hobby, and one of her favourite customers/testers is 'Pound Cake'.
When Apple was young she took a liking to Pound as he was the big, cuddly type around her until Apple became a full-grown mare. Though he is still a softy, at least with her. It also helps that he fit his name on the "Pound" part (and the cake too) giving him some soft cushion.

Apple and Pumpkin get at him about his weight sometimes. Albeit for different reasons. Apple does it cause she wants Pound Cake to be strong, and a good flier. Though we know Apple Eclair will always be the stronger one.
