I started this pic sometime around early February of this year but I just couldn't seem to finish it. But now it's done, and while I'm meh to the background and how it came out I just want it to be done. What ever though on to the pic:

I've made it clear that Joule is a ninja but never to what degree, for her its both a past time and a profession. Meaning it's just in her nature to act in such a way and also her day job. She gets hired to 'appropriate' classified or well protected documents and items. Which means that she's no stranger to making her way into government buildings, like a town hall, saying hi to the occupants, avoiding/knocking everyone out, then grabbing what she needs and leaving. She also has a side gig as a photographer (mostly photo booths at events or selling landscape shots).

As for why Mayor Mare and her Assistant are dressed that way, because 1. this started off as a slightly different idea and 2. I've got something of a theme to uphold.
Also to clarify, that's knockout gas. She might wake up with a headache (mostly from hitting the ground) but she'll be fine.

Joule is my OC but I don't own the rest of the characters
