This was a quick two and and a a haft hour project that I did as part of an art shipping challenge that got me interested. In this case I had to used a shipping randomizer and I got Breaburn Apple and Trixie, which was an interesting case and had the idea of the illusionist to have ensnared her prised stallion with her rope trick and sit on him like a game hunter, with hour… inconsiderate she can be at times for others. This was obviously a rushed project but I wanted to speed up my painting work flow due to the fact that I was starting to slow down in my work speed by needlessly focusing on the details as usual which is something I have a lot of trouble letting go. I started out with just doing a gray scales drawing then added the colors later and then finish with a simple background. I also took the opportunity to do a speed painting that I used to further explore the basic features on Shortcut.
