Hinted at at the end of Chumming Waters, if I remember correctly, Victoria has become known as an accomplished singer in the Equestria Wasteland, and in Dance of the Orthrus, it is mentioned that she is actively aiding another pirate fleet infiltrated NCR controlled territory. So trust me, when she dose return, she will be up to somthing nopony good will like, and if Slowtrot is to b belives, she has a striking resemblance to Thorn Roseland, the Prophetof the pirate fleets.
