Artist's description from DA:I suppose Thundy's head here is at a slightly high angle from looking down, but then again that might just be the way his head is designed with the suit on, where it makes the ears layered completely behind the oval of his head. There's another version with the "usual" eyes that I and probably you as well are accustomed to, just because. I'm also not a fan of his new frontal mane symbol, so I just recycled an old one that I liked more.
