For: EzzyArtz: I'd like you to draw Penelope, let me give you a rundown. Shes a fallout equestria oc, she tries her best to look nice in the apocalyptic waste land, she wears bows allot and also she spends her time going to bars and clubs singing the blues. So for a bit back ground I think it'd be cool if she was on a bar stage or bar setting and singing. Just have fun with it and take your time!
