Bebop and Rocksteady are called to solve a Friendship Problem, which turns out to be Tempest Shadow and Grubber. While wondering how to solve it, they stumble upon a strange bluebell flower, which Rocksteady reads as the Budding Bluebell, a magical flower that when sniffed causes the barer to be in a happy mood.

Then they use the flower the two and they become happy, and start acting all goofy.

Glitter Drops points out that flower also causes creatures to become goofy and deluded. Something the two didn't read from the book. And she says the only way to cure them is to have them sniff the flower and. That is, if they want to. Unfortunately, Tempest and Grubber wander off.

Tempest Shadow: (also delirious) And you're my best Buddy Wuddy, Grubber!

(The two run off screaming as Tempest chases after them, blasting them in the behinds)
