"Once a pony has been covered inside and out, it will begin transforming them in earnest. Using all the enchantments and charms imbued within it, it will transform the pony into a real life Pooltoy Pony! The process is fairly slow, but scales based on how much goo is available — less goo is slower, more is faster. In general, it prefers to transform the inside of the pony before the outside, but it can shift if they are resisting particularly hard. Speaking of which, struggling is very hard — the goo hardens on application of physical force as it is now a true non-Newtonian liquid. It is, as Pooltoy Ponies are, also magic-proof."
