No, his design isn't changed that much, he just hasn't put his mane back due to the fact that he doesn't quite care anymore.
Neighsay stressing over something, Cinch coming over and comforting him, asking him to go on a walk to get rid of whatever is bothering him.
In my headcanon, Cinch is taller than Neighsay despite her being a mare and him a stallion. I guess I just hate the fact that the stallion seemed to be taller than the mare most of the times in the show?
I'll work on the other couple in a little while.
