I made sure to draw this guy the moment I got all the comments, so here he is!
This is the pony you guys all collaborated on:
-Male
-Bat pony
-Named Wyatt (decided to give him a last name as well!)
-Has a long ponytail or pigtails
-Quasar-themed colors
-Acts like they know all, attitude is everything
-Cutie mark shows ability to harness foul weather for power, such as lightning
-Fun fact: Has a sweet tooth that could even rival Princess Celestia's, but he tries to keep it under wraps
