This is Rarity drawn in the style of Patrick Nagel. If you don't know who Patrick Nagel is, you may have at least seen his work. The most common of which is outside of a nail/hair salon there is usually a pinup girl on the window — that's Patrick Nagel. I figured it would fit considering Rarity would gladly be one of his models.
