CAPTAIN PICARD IS A PONY!
We've been watching a lot of Star Trek at home, and I've been drawing pony versions of Trek characters all over the place, so I decided to ink one. The basic old man pony design is loosely based on the old ponies from the show, but I made him less feeble looking.
And his cutie mark is the Enterprise, because he will always be a captain at heart! I wanted to add it, even though his uniform covers it up!
