For Rarity, I knew I wanted the bun like she had when she had her teachers outfit in the Season 8 premier. The intended theme for this dress was a town by the seaside. The colors and idea was to come from the city Apotos from Sonic Unleashed. The main body of the dress was to be based off of the sea with sparkles off it from sunlight. The upper part is water splashing against the rocks/walls. All in all, I feel proud of this design.
Once again, it's conceptual like the others and open to ideas.
Rarity and MLP is owned by Hasbro.
