"Don’t be so boring, Sunburst! Why don’t we go outside for a while?" Starlight tried, giving her friend an uncertain smile.
Sunburst pried his eyes away from his novel and gave Starlight a conflicted look.
"I’m sorry, but ever since I bought this book, I just can’t put it down!" He spoke, adjusting his glasses and returning his gaze back to the pages of the novel.
Starlight rolled her eyes and pondered for a moment before blushing at a though of a way to distract him.
"Hey, Sunburst?"
"Hmm?"
The purple unicorn took a deep breath in and walked in front of her friend.
"Look at me for a second."
Sunburst looked up and almost immediately dropped his book as Starlight flung herself into his embrace, her cheeks rubbing on his.
"S-Starlight!" He chimed, feeling his face burn red.
Starlight giggled lightly and locked eyes with Sunburst, who was feeling quite baffled.
"I’m only here for the day, Sunburst, let’s go outside or something."
Sunburst hesitating for a moment before smiling sheepishly.
He pressed his head down into Starlight's neck and muttered "I would much rather do this."
Taken back, Starlight whinnied softly "You know what? Me too."
