Guest Author's Note: "Spontaneous song is a feature of some worlds, such as Friendship is Magic. While improvisational song — or just rhyme — is difficult, it does happen in some games, and not just FiM ones. I've played a number of games in Final Fantasy settings where a Taru-Taru who did not rhyme every line all the time was seen as just taruible. It can be easier to treat this as an extreme version of preparing actions in advance, for instance a session-opening extended response to the challenge the party faced at the end of last session, spending half an hour or so between sessions to work out lyrics and beat (or to select a song to rip off and come up with new lyrics).

(For text games, where the player or GM actually typed the full thing out, even if it did make a wall of text. Awesome text in quantity can still be awesome.)"

Applejack: Darn right! ♪ We might fight a lot, and there are times you leave me hanging. ♪
