永远不要惹QQ群里的管理员 他们真的生气了你就别想在这个群里继续发言了 各位，谨记。

好久好久以前咱在一个小马相关QQ群里混的时候有看见群员吐槽其中一个管理员管理严格 有小马被禁言什么的
（不过这些确实是他们违反群规导致的啊 管理员只是在履行自己的职责而已）
当时咱就有想到IDW那边某期官漫出现的小蝶禁言图 就开始想着能不能搞一个这位管理员专属的禁言表情包
于是乎 嗒哒~ 这份作品就出来了 =3
不过当时考虑到这位管理员的爱好 本来应该画用书塞嘴的禁言的来着 不过后来一直没有好的主意便放弃了 以后有机会再画吧

A long time ago, when I was in a QQ group, which is about MLP, I saw members of the group Made complaints that one of their administrator was strictly managed, and a some of the group mamber was banned.

(But these are really the consequences of their violations of group rules. Administrators are just performing their duties.)

At that time, I suddenly thought of a Banned-to-Speak picture about Fluttershy, which appeared in some period of official comic at IDW, I began to wonder if I could make a special Banned-to-Speak picture for this administrator.

So, TADA~ this artwork comes out =3

But considering that administrator's hobbies, I was supposed to draw that OC using books to plug the mouth, but well, i cannot figure out some good idea ,so i gave up, but i am sure i will draw it out at some other times.
