Luna would grow tired of playing Nightmare moon year after year. So this time she shows up dressed up as Jotaro Kujo from JoJo's Bizzare Adventure.Along with her stance: The Stardust Tantabus. That she keeps on a short leash.
(Managing to tame her creation she thought it the perfect addition to her costume. that way they both get to go out and meet ponies, and hopefully not freak them out to much … Ah, who are we kidding, freaking them out is the whole point of this night.)
