Original plan was to draw Rainbow Dash (this is the default plan with everything I make), but then I think oh snap, she probably doesn't enjoy autumn very much, it being the harbinger of winter and Tank's hibernation. So then I think, who'd look cute in a scarf? Well. I mean. Any of the Mane Six would. But Rarity's the most apt to wear one, or anything else for that matter. The rest prefer a lifestyle of carefree nudity. Hippies.
