Spliff [actual name Fritter] is Sugar Belle and Donut Joe's youngest. As his stupid nickname implies, he's a little pothead.
Red ADORES him as he unintentionally pulled her out of her slump. He offered her a cupcake. He had two, saw Red and offered her one. He has no ulterior motive and doesn't hide his thoughts. He is SO incredibly simple in his thought process but a total sweetheart.
He liked Red because she was funny, loud and secretly gentle. She liked him because his intentions were pure and he was so kind to her. The two are still best buddies as adults and drink together most nights of the weeks!

They got in a lot of trouble in their youth as well…
