Shocking Sunrise is his name and making thunderstorms is his game! His favorite thing to do though is clearing out the clouds to show off the sun more since a sunny day is the best day.
He is Mountain Mist's older brother and he makes sure she's happy whenever they see each other since he feels worried about her all the time. They're really good siblings even if they don't look like each other almost at all.
