After the finale of My Little Pony, Friendship is Magic, I decided to rework my Au, Spectraverse.
And to properly set the scene, I will be rolling out headcanons for canon characters from the show, starting with the Main Six.

Here are the Pegasi!

Obs: There are certain aspects of the finale that I did not like, and thus (since this is an AU), I have fitted some characters with new headcanons and details to better suit this AU.
Some storylines have been re-written and the ending altered.
I have also decided to include ships that I actually do not ship — AJ/RD and Fluttershy/Discord being some of them. But, they fit well enough with the stories I want to tell, and I focus more on my nextgen ponies than the actual cast anyway.

Rainbow Dash
"Oh yeah? I'll show you a thing or two about speed!"
Parents: Bow Hothoof and Windy Whistles
Species: Pegasus/Mare.
Anatomy: Short, Muscled, Slick feathers, Long Mane and Tail as well as wing build for Speed.
Cutie Mark: Rainbow lighting from a cloud.
Occupation: Captain of the Wonderbolts, she also helps Spitfire train new recruits.
Nickname(s): RD

Personality:
- Loyal, Bold, Snarky and Sassy.
- Rarely thinks before she acts.
- Loves her freedom and will often take off with the Wonderbolts for days — but she also loves to return home to her big family at Sweet Apple Acres.

Captain of the Wonderbolts and stunt-mare-extraordinare! Rainbow Dash is as much a spitfire as she was when she was younger, and it takes a lot to hold her down.

She had a romance with Soarin, and while the two levelled each other out quite well, the relaxed stallion turned out to be too laidback for RD, and so they split on good terms — that is, before they found out Rainbow Dash was pregnant with their son, Sparkz.
The couple decided that having a foal together while not being together wouldn't go, so they married shortly before RD gave birth.
Rainbow Dash loves her family, but she never felt content in the situation, and while she fought to make things work, she never quite loved Soarin the same way she eventually fell in love with one of her oldest friends.

Helping Apple Jack through a hard breakup and relating to her troubles with having a foal on her hoofs with a stallion she didn't love, the two became even closer and eventually got married and settled down at Sweet Apple Acre.
Soarin took it very well, as he in turn had fallen in love with Spitfire, and RD and Soarin parted on good terms, and the families often get together for picnics — which RD thinks are for sissies, but she indulges her wife who loves the quality time.

Rainbow Dash and Apple Jack has four foals together; Bramsley Apple, Sparkz and the twins; Jessie Belle Apple and Golden Arrow Apple, which RD sired and AJ bore through magic.

Fluttershy
"Every creature deserves a second chance!"
Parents: Mr. and Mrs. Shy
Species: Pegasus/Mare.
Anatomy: Tall, Poofy feathers, Long mane and tail as well as Wings build for Grace.
Cutie Mark: 3 butterflies.
Occupation: Runs and animal sanctuary with her best friend and partner, Discord and Dr. Fauna.
Nickname(s): Fluts

Personality:
- Shy, assertive and kind.
- Has a hard time saying "no" to creatures.
- Has a soft spot for creatures in need, and will go out of her way to make everyone comfortable and welcome at her home.

Fluttershy has always been a kind and good-hearted pony, and after saving Equestria with her friends from Tyrek, Chrysalis and Cozy, she goes home more determined than ever to give every creatures a safe place to stay and get better.
Her sanctuary blossoms in the following years, and more staff is brought on to make it bigger and better than ever before.

She becomes an activist and travels the world to protect and rehabilitate rare species and creatures, and she writes a lot of books about everything she discovers.

Fluttershy is a hopeless romantic, and dreams of her own big romance to sweep her off her feet, and when she befriends the draconequus Discord through her journey with her friends, she isn't at all surprised when she starts to develop feelings for him.
When he stays with her to, "help you with your sanctuary, you know… to have some sort of purpose?", she's all giddy and excited! The two does have a lot of bumps on the way, as Discord finds the concept of Love to be a weird one, not chaotic enough.
After years of waiting, Fluttershy decides she's had enough, and proposes to Discord — and the ancient deity exclaims "I thought we were already married!" and the rest is history.

They don't have any biological children together, but Discords genes are scattered around Equestria, and an ancient magic is looming in the near future.
